The ECWDB collaborates with local businesses, government, and education partners to develop effective programs and services that improve the workforce. In doing so, we are creating a talent pipeline that will result in satisfied employers offering long-term employment and increased wage earnings.
Our goal is to:
*Engage business and community leaders in addressing workforce issues and promote strategies to improve basic workforce skills.
*Assist job seekers with accessing the resources they need to find a great job, or to get access to education, training, and funds to get the qualifications they need.
